It is hereby clarified that in case a refund is requested for reasons attributable to the customer (viz., duplicate payments or cancellation within 24 hours, etc.), we may at our discretion accept such request subject to levy of a processing fee. It may be noted that the amount shall be refunded after adjusting the commission charged by Payment Gateways and other applicable charges. We reserve the right to revise the said processing fee from time to time without any advance notice.

Once all the details are received, it would take our team 7 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint,

you will be informed of the same with an authorization number,and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product refund there is no refund policy, only exchange the damage products,
